Fresh pasta, the history of the traditional genoise and Italian cuisine, with a look towards the future, the gastronomic one. “Lo Scolapasta di Barattino since 1970”, the corner which has taken upon itself to be the ambassador of a culture passed on from one generation to the next, it’s Danilo and Silvia, in cooperation with Luca “Dei Pronti” and the “Da Luca” butcher’s, who can boast such a prestigious achievement. The fil-rouge is the genoise tradition, the high quality of the raw material: a veritable trademark which everyone has decided to bring forward as a mission, an imperative goal. Among the offers of the food corner it can be of course be found fresh pasta dishes – including a vegan choice – and seasonal products which will range from soups in winter to fresh salads in summer.
The signature dishes? Vegetarian tortelli and chestnut trofie, all strictly hand-made.
